Hanwha Energy announced on the 9th that it obtained the Compliance Management System (ISO 37301) certification from KMR (Korea Management Registrar), a globally recognized certification body, on December 1st. 

ISO 37301 is an international standard for compliance management established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It is a certification system that evaluates and certifies the systems companies have established to comply with laws, regulations, codes of conduct, and other applicable requirements. 

The significance of Hanwha Energy's ISO 37301 certification lies in the external validation that the company has established an internal control and risk management framework that meets international standards. 

Since 2023, Hanwha Energy has introduced a compliance system and has continuously managed compliance risks for ethical management, including disseminating leadership commitment, conducting employee training, and enacting and improving relevant internal regulations. 

CEO Jae-gyu Lee stated, "We will not treat this as a one-time achievement, but will continue to advance our internal compliance system and internalize a compliance culture as a core corporate value," expressing a firm commitment to compliance management.
